When you think your car’s been stolen, finding out it’s towed away doesn’t seem so bad.
So the next time something bad happens, think of something horrific; and then the something bad won’t seem so bad.
Like if you get a paper cut, think that it could have been worse: the government could have run up the national debt; NASA could have spent billions to drop bombs on the moon; and they could find Nemo in a seafood salad.
On second thought, a paper cut’s hard to minimalize.
